The 600 t/d On-Line Low-E Film Float Glass Production Line of Zhangzhou Qibin Glass Co.Ltd., designed by our institute, has started the construction a few days before. At present, the engineering design work is going on. The project is supposed to be completed within this year.
Low-E glass has excellent heat property and optical property, and can bring good social and economic benefit. Advanced on-line coating technology is imported from abroad. The annual production capacity is 4 million m2 on-line Low-E float glass, Sun-E float glass and SunLite float glass. With advanced on-line coating technology, this line can produce 4 million m2 Low-E, Sun-E and SunLite float glass every year.
Through summing up the successful experiences obtained at home and absorbing the advanced technology from abroad and by considering the special requirements of the project, the technology and equipment level of this project is advanced and reasonable. Through this project, the engineering design ability of our institute is further improved. |
